May 1942, 3. Gruppe, 1. Zug, 6. Kompanie, InfBat, IR 267
(3rd Squad, 1st Platoon, 6th Company, InfBat, Infantry Regiment 267)

Unteroffizier Winter, NCO of 3rd Squad, has been leading the group of men since the reorganisation of the infantry regiment in February 1942. Some of the soldiers in the group are veteran Landsers who have been fighting with the regiment since the invasion of France. Introduction

Hello to the Wolrd,

I am an enthusiast wargamer whose primary focus lies on the Eastern Front of World War 2 which I tend to play in 15mm. I have utilised various rule books from different publishers of which "NUTS!" from Two Hour Wargames is currently my favourite ("Nuts - Clash of Titans" supplement that is to be precise).

Although the rules primarily aim at Squad to Platoon level wargames, it also lends itself very well to Company sized games once one feels acquainted with the rule system. Hence, my goal in my present situation is to create a complete Grenadier company in 1942 on the Eastern Front. Once finished, I will apply the excellent campaign system of NUTS! and I will see what the war will have in store for my Grenadiere.

This blog will help to keep track of the adventures and misfortunes of the "Infantry Regiment 267". I hope you will enjoy it as much as I will to post it up here!
